Half a century is passed since Mario Aureli began producing carrots only with the help of few tools. But these fifty years, that led to the creation of the homonymous farm, world leader in the production and processing of vegetables, represent only a small part of the heritage to which the society has drawn. Because it has matured in the territory where Aureli inspired his work and linked his destiny: Fucino upland, in Abruzzo, one of the most important agricultural areas in Italy.

Aureli's farm is daughter of this long tradition, of this will of being farmers first of all and above all. Always with the responsibility to preserve that treasure, that soil unique for fertility and organoleptic features, bequeathed by the sacrifice and the effort of so many people.

Nowadays this long link with the past, the pride of being farmers for authentic vocation and always ecologists, impose to Aureli the pursuit of a single corporate objective: Quality. In spite of those who would reduce everything to quantity and profit, here the awareness of its own professionalism and the respect for nature will never be sacrificed.
