product processesFresh-from-the-land harvested carrots are identified by cultivation lot in order to guarantee traceability and stocked in warehouses containing the initial materials according to their different varieties and usage types.

“Raw” carrots can only be pre-washed by the respective warehouses after a preventive analysis in the farm’s laboratories. This is carried out in order to verify the correspondence to the organoleptic characteristics of the different production types:

each finished product requires using a particular carrot variety with specific nutritional values and characteristics.
