Sustainability during all production steps!
The history of the company comes from the love and the strong connection that Aureli Family has always had for its land: the Fucino Plateau. The pedoclimaticconditions make this area a special territory with a great economic potential: the ancient lake dried up at the end of the 1800s, left a particularly fertile soil at over 600 meters above sea level where it is possible cultivate many horticultural varieties.Aureli has always focused its entrepreneurship on the concept of re-using by-products of the "main" production process. The waste of the various production 
lines (the inedible parts coming from the Fresh Produce line and from Processing line for juice, puree, concentrates, dehydrates) become valuable “Biomass”useful to feed the Biogas plant for the production of Green Energy. Aureli’s circularity went further also by drastically "cutting" the use of chemical fertilizers, thanks to the production of "digestate" obtained as fermentation residues, to be used as natural fertilizer to restore macro and micro elements into the soil in a natural way.
