In the "Fresh" line, the washed product is than selected and packed according to the different size and caliber. Thanks to an efficient process in the production chain, it is possible to obtain high levels of quality and calibration, in accordance with the customer's requests. Aureli supplies the following product lines for the "fresh line": small carrots in a tray and carrots in bags
Fresh convenience product is cut and peeled and is then selected with mechanical processes under the strict control of specialized workers. Following step is the turning of the various calibers to obtain the finished product. Finally we have the packing step in controlled humidity bag, with various sizes and weights: from 200 gr up to 800 gr of I, II and III caliber (from the thinnest to the thickest one)
Beside vegetables for the large-scale retailer, supplies fresh washed carrots for industrial use (fresh produce and fresh convenience) in various types, packages and formats. In particular: whole washed carrots, big size carrot for industry, whole peeled carrots, carrots in bulk, carrots cut into pieces.
 AURELI crops are cultivated in compliance with an “integrated” and “zero residuals” production disciplinary. Aureli cultivates for 12 months a year thanksto plots located in different Italian Regions.
