For Industry, Aureli provides washed carrots, big size carrots, peeled carrots, carrots in bulk, carrots cut into pieces available in different size and type of packaging.

PEELED CARROTS

Aureli, besides packed vegetables for large-scale retail trade, supplies washed fresh carrots for industrial use (fresh sector, IV and V range) in various types, packaging and formats. In particular: whole carrots washed, big carrots for industry, whole peeled carrots, whole carrots cut, carrots cut into pieces.

BIG SIZE CARROTS

Aureli makes a high selection of the carrot, providing calibers suitable for industrial use in terms of size in terms of length, both in terms of size in terms of diameter. In particular, it is possible to supply special varieties for industry or "over size" calibres suitable for processing into cubes or washers.

CUBES

The Fucino potato is extremely versatile as an ingredient for food industry preparations. In particular, Aureli selects varieties suitable for processing into comfortable and fragrant cubes that can be used for the most diverse food applications.

CARROT SLICES

Carrots are transformed into fragrant cylinders to be used as ingredients both for industrial preparations and in the preparations for HO.RE.CA. Particular attention is given to the crunchiness and softness of the carrot to be transformed to obtain high levels of flavor and fragrance.

CARROT STICKS

Only the slightly woody part of the carrot is transformed into tasty excellent sticks as ingredients for tasty pinzimoni or innovative recipes based on vegetables. In particular Aureli selects the carrot varieties above all according to the crunchiness of the same ones to make them captivating sticks.
