Carrot BETA CAROTENE

Carrot is an excellent source of carotenes, it is particularly rich in beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A. Beta-carotene stimulates the activity of the immune system, improves night vision and protects the eyes, regulates the metabolism of calcium. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it neutralizes the harmful action of free radicals and reduces the risk of cancer and heart attack.
Beta-carotene and other carotenoids contained in the carrot have very powerful antioxidant, immunostimulant and anti-aging action. In addition, carotene acts as an antianemic, stimulating the production of red blood cells in the blood.
